Graphite crucibles are most afraid of moisture, and after being damp, it will have a great impact on product quality, and the crucible will break when it is wet. Phenomena such as explosive films, unhelping, and bottom dropping lead to metal melting and even industrial accidents. Therefore, when storing graphite crucibles, pay attention to moisture-proof when using.

2. The graphite crucible is strictly moisture-proof, and needs to be placed in a dry place or on a wooden frame when storing.

3. When handling, handle with care, and it is strictly forbidden to fall.

4. Before use, you need to heat and bake in a drying equipment or next to the stove, and gradually increase the temperature to 500°C.

5. The crucible is placed under the surface of the furnace mouth to prevent the upper mouth of the crucible from wearing.

6. When feeding, according to its dissolved amount, it is not possible to add too much or too tight anti-shrinkage crucible.
